Jaycees Independence Day Celebration

The Greenville Jaycees are busy planning an amazing 2017 Independence Day Celebration for the city of Greenville!

Located at the Greenville Town Common, the festivities will take place on July 4th with activities beginning at 2PM and with fireworks after dark. No pets, alcohol, glass bottles, grills, firearms or fireworks allowed. Beer Tent opens at 4pm.

Parking information:

To obtain details on parking in the area, see the City of Greenville Parking and Parking Citations webpage. Handicap parking will be located at the Town Common east parking area.
On the day of the event, the area of the streets between 1st and 3rd and between Reade and Greene will be closed off.

 

Schedule of events:

2:00- Event begins with food, games, children’s activities, and more.

3:00 – Mason Jar Bonfire performs in the Amphitheater

4:00- Beer garden opens (last call at 8:00 PM; bring your own chair)

5:00 – Roman Sams performs in the Amphitheater

7:00 – Built for Comfort performs in the Amphitheater
After dark- The fireworks begin! (usually around 9pm)
